Reflection on 1st lesson by Jing Xiang

Facts: I know that we need to work as a team to complete this project. I know that we need a good leader so that we can do well. I know that we have to follow our leader to achieve good results

Ideas: I think we can do well as long as we can cooperate. I think we can finish this project on time if we work together.

Learning Issues: I want to find out what our leader wants me to do. I need to have confidence in my self so that I can do this project properly.

Action Plan: I can do what I can to help my teammates. I can Help my teammates when they face any difficulties.
