Reflection on Leson 2 By Yeo Jing Xiang
Facts: I know that the ozone layer is very important and we should not destroy it.
Ideas: We should not use CFC products, which will deplete our ozone layer.
Learning Issues: I want to know more about how we can stop the ozone layer from deleting.
Action Plan: Do more research on the weather and ozone layer to find out more about it.

Reflection on second lesson by Lionel
Fact: The ozone layer is mostly made up of ozone. It absorbs 90+% of ultraviolet rays. More than 90% of the atmosphere is located there.
Idea: Pump some ozone gas in to the damaged areas (if possible) and seal up the damaging holes.

Reflection on lesson 2 by Yeo Tee Yang
Facts:The earth is in danger. Ozone layer is being depleted causing holes in it. This allows UV light to enter and UV light is harmful to us. The thickness of the ozone is very little and if we keep causing damage to it, there will eventually be no ozone. The lack of ozone will cause many skin problems
Ideas: We need to protect the ozone layer by using more eco-friendly items. We can also reduce the amount of smoke emissions. Also, by not burning things, we can reduce the amount of smoke emissions. Use items that are energy saving because producing electricity also harms the earth.

Reflection on first lesson by Lionel
Facts:I know that we will have to cooperate and work well as a team to complete this project well and to benefit us. We need a good leader to organize the group and delegate tasks for us. We need to follow the leader and be willing to cooperate with what he says.
Ideas:I think that with proper time management and work distribution, we will complete this project on time and achieve good results.
Learning Issues:I need to do what my leader tells me. I must research the topic well and to satisfactory work. I cannot take short-cuts.
Action plan:I will do what ever it takes to achieve good results. I will help my teammates with their difficulties.

Facts: I know that we need to work as a team to complete this project. I know that we need a good leader so that we can do well. I know that we have to follow our leader to achieve good results
Ideas: I think we can do well as long as we can cooperate. I think we can finish this project on time if we work together.
Learning Issues: I want to find out what our leader wants me to do. I need to have confidence in my self so that I can do this project properly.

Fact:
We need to have good teamwork in order for our project work to become successful. We also need to appoint a group leader to help us coordinate our work(hopefully it wont be lionel...) We also have to work hard in order to meet the deadlines for our work.
Ideas:
If someone does not understand a certain topic, the people who understand, must work together to help him understand what it is about. We must work together and think as one body in order to increase our productivity. We also need to stay back and come up with ideas to help us in this project. We also need some backup ideas incase our main ideas do not work or fail. Hopefully, we will not need to use this plans.
Learning issues:
we need to know one another's strength and weakness in order to maximize our results. we should also assign task to the people who are most fit for it. If we assign the wrong kind of people to the wrong kind of jobs, we could end up getting bad results as he might not be suitable for the job. I also will do some research about global warming in order to help my team an come up with better ideas.
Action plan:
I will finish most of the work assigned to me about 1-2 days before the dead line and i will do my best to ensure that it is quality work and not rubbish. I will also contribute ideas to my team. I would do my best to help every one in anyway i can and try to help willie if possible.

FACTS
I know that we need teamwork for this project or else we would not do very well. I also know that we have to appoint a good group leader ASAP so that he can appoint task to us to do earlier. I also know we have to be efficient in work to meet deadlines.
Ideas
I think that when someone have difficulties, we have to guide them until they understand. I think that we would be able to finish this project and excel if we all work together.
LEARNING ISSUES
I would want to find out my teammates prowess and weakness so that we could do task that is of our prowess. I also would want to find out what task i am assigned to so that i can do it earlier so that i would not fail to meet the deadlines.
ACTION PLAN
I can do tasks assigned to me before it meets deadlines. I also can contribute ideas to my team. I can also help my teammates if they encounter any difficulties or need any help.
Reflection on the 1st lesson (Willie Seah 37)
Facts- I know the project is going to benefit us and we can learn from it. This is because our research is on earth and I'm interested to this topic and keen to understand more of it. I also know that choosing a right group leader in our group is important because he need to have a good time management and to guide them along the project.
Ideas- I think if we have good teamwork and coordination, we can finish the project smoothly and are satisfied with the result at the completion of it. We can also discuss about the topic now instead of starting it later.
Learning Issues- I want to find out what really is global warming, why or how does they occur and what can we do about it. Knowing what is the purpose of having teamwork here also gain me more knowledge. Hope that I could be somehow know to blog well.
Action Plan- As a group leader, I need to maintain the 'teamwork spirit' and 'peace' in the group. This is because it can affect our whole group's efficiency. We have no 'I' in our group which everyone will do the amount of work same as the other group member to be fair.
